I’ve always believed movement is more than medicine - it’s how we stay connected to our strength, energy, and confidence as our bodies change.

As a physical therapist with over 30 years of experience -working with Olympic athletes, competitive runners, and everyday women who simply want to keep moving - I’ve seen what actually works and what doesn’t.

What works isn’t pushing harder or ignoring symptoms.


It’s understanding how your body changes after 40 - and adapting training, recovery, and nutrition to support those changes instead of fighting them.

I created this approach for women who are tired of second-guessing their bodies, pushing through pain, and following advice that no longer fits their reality.
